This was the basic schedule until the station closed down, with the following changes:
At some point the weekday breakfast show was retimed to finish at 9 a.m., with Trevor following until 12 and then Mark from 12 to 2. Paul then began at 2 with Radio Market.
Cinema manager Bill Sims began to present a programme of film music on Thursdays at 9 p.m. called "All Time Greats". John Ford began a Friday evening programme from 7-10 called "Heading into the Weekend".
Weekend Gold had a number of presenters, including Chris Napier, Chris Criddle and Paul Phear.
Rock West and Saturday Night's Alright were combined and ran from 9 p.m.
Towards the end, John Ford also found himself presenting Sunday Starter, and Mike Ganley presented the 1 p.m. Sunday show. Sunday Gold was replaced by "Tooki's Folk" with Tooki Garrett.
Ah, what the memory can dredge up! Thanks to Nicky Hutchings for providing the schedule above.
